Introducing: Soft-Close Interior Steel Doors

When it comes to choosing interior doors for your home, it is our belief that homeowners should be able to design exactly the kind of interior door that suits their home.

When it comes to choosing interior doors for your home, it is our belief that homeowners should be able to design exactly the kind of interior door that suits their home. Whether the material is bronze or stainless steel, whether you want to add a modern element to a more traditional home, or an industrial touch to a contemporary home, there are many ways of designing the perfect interior door for your project. Here at Bronze Connection, we pride ourselves on helping our customers to do just that.

As such, we would like to show you some steel interior doors we recently designed for one of our clients. The client approached us with a request for steel interior doors that maximized glass on display while minimizing the profile thickness. As everyone knows, in order to maximize the amount of glass you have on display, you need to choose slim profile doors, so we settled on an ultra-slim, European-manufactured profile that would allow us to achieve the requisite narrow sight lines. The combination not only creates a vibrant living area that feels bright and spacious, it also creates an additional sense of privacy.

Soft-Close

As always, our goal is never simply to make an aesthetically appealing product–we also want to ensure that it provides maximum durability, ease-of-use, and comfort to the owner. This was on our mind when it came to deciding what would be the best to choosing the sliding door hardware.

We opted to use soft-close hardware, a very unique system which allows doors to be opened or closed smoothly with just a ingle touch. The system is incredibly elegant and sleek. There are also pocket door versions available which hides all traces of the doors and helps an even more spacious room.

You can watch a short video of soft-close in action below.

Handles

We also had some sleek, custom pull handles designed to complement the doors. You can see pictures of these below.

There are many different types and styles of interior doors for your home. For more information on choosing the right interior doors for your project, we recommend this article on them.
